We offer free shipping on orders over $70.
For orders under $70, we have three shipping plans to choose from:
- Flat shipping: $7.99
- Express shipping: $8.99
- Next-day shipping: $12.99
All shipping charges are displayed at checkout. No hidden fees.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Flat shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express shipping: 2–4 business days
- Next-day shipping: 1 business day (for orders placed before 12 PM on a business day)

Order Tracking

Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Oxiums is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. If a package is returned due to an address issue, re-shipment costs will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks a package as “delivered,” Oxiums is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend using a secure delivery location.
